How we work
Editorial policy
Our sourcing standard
Real estate is a money decision, so we hold every article to one rule: claims must be checkable. We prefer primary sources — UP RERA project and promoter records (up-rera.in), IGRSUP registry and circle-rate data (igrsup.gov.in), authority notifications, and dated coverage from named publications. Where community sentiment matters (what buyers actually ask and fear), we attribute it as sentiment, not fact.
The verification rule for figures
We do not assert live prices, rental yields, possession dates, RERA registration numbers or expected returns as our own facts. These change and are gameable, so every article routes them to the official source where you can verify the current value yourself — typically UP RERA and IGRSUP. Each article carries a “How to verify this yourself” section with the exact steps.
How articles are produced
Noida Realty Trends publishes daily research produced with AI research assistance under human editorial direction. Each piece starts from a real buyer question, is researched against live web sources with citations, passes an adversarial fact-check pass that removes or re-routes unverifiable claims, and is published with its sources listed. The production pipeline and its checks are reviewed by the editorial desk; articles that fail the checks are not published.
Independence and disclosure
Coverage includes named developers and projects where they are relevant to a buyer’s question. Our verdicts are criteria-led: comparisons follow published, checkable evidence (delivery records, RERA filings, registered leases) and the reasoning is shown in the article, so you can disagree with our weighting and still use our trail. The site may carry advertising; advertising never changes an article’s conclusions or its verification routes.
Corrections
If we got something wrong, we fix the article and update its “Updated” timestamp. Material corrections are noted in the text. To report an error, write to editor@noidarealtytrends.com or use the contact page — corrections are reviewed within a few working days.
What we are not
We are not brokers, we do not sell property, and nothing here is investment or legal advice. Verify project-specific facts on the official portals before acting, and take independent legal advice for any purchase.
