Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Noida Realty Trends, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal. Additional terms may apply to a particular feature and will be shown when relevant.

Information, not professional advice

Articles, locality guides, prices, projections, project summaries and other materials are provided for general information and education. They are not legal, tax, investment, lending, valuation or other professional advice, and they are not an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, lease or finance property.

Real-estate information can change quickly. Independently verify title, approvals, RERA records, measurements, pricing, taxes, financing and contractual terms with qualified professionals and official sources before making a decision.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to publish useful, current and original information, but we do not warrant that every item is complete, error-free or continuously available. Market data may be estimated, delayed or drawn from sources that later change.

We may correct, update, remove or restrict content and features without notice. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control.

Unless clearly stated, references to developers, brokers, projects, authorities or service providers do not imply endorsement, partnership or agency. Views expressed by named contributors are their own.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, products or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Accounts and submissions

Authorised users must provide accurate information, protect their sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

When you submit an application, tip, draft or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, confidential to another person or infringing. Submission does not guarantee publication. Separate contributor arrangements may govern accepted work.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the portal. This includes attempting unauthorised access, disrupting service, introducing malicious code, bypassing security or rate limits, harvesting personal data, impersonating another person, or using automated systems in a way that creates excessive load.

You must not reproduce the portal at scale, falsely present our content as your own, or use our branding in a way that suggests affiliation without written permission. Normal linking, search indexing and short attributed quotations remain permitted where allowed by law.

Intellectual property

The portal’s original articles, visual identity, design, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. No rights are transferred except the limited, revocable right to use the portal personally and lawfully.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on portal content, third-party services, interrupted access or a property decision. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying information before acting.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights, disputes will be subject to the competent courts serving Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept the updated version. Questions may be sent through the contact channel displayed on the portal.
